At SENZAI, the web hosting is the foundation. On top of it sits a set of tools built in-house, running on the same servers and under the same security requirements. No third-party services are used, and no data leaves the EU. Everything runs on our own servers in the Nordics.
Email with its own web interface, signatures, scheduled sending and team chat between the accounts on your domain. Protection against spam and intrusion attempts is included, and all mail is stored on servers within the EU.
Your own admin page
An admin page adapted to your business. Instead of a standard system full of features you never use, we design a page together that works exactly the way you want it.
File management
You always have full access to your website's files. You see the entire structure and manage everything directly in the browser, no FTP software needed.
Blog
Publish news and posts in a simple writing tool. You choose the look and colours, the platform handles the rest.
Analytics
Visitor statistics without cookies, without consent banners and without tracking individual visitors. You see how your website is used, no one else sees anything.
Video meetings
Video meetings directly in the browser, with a waiting room, screen sharing and whiteboard. Nothing needs to be installed and everything runs on SENZAI's own servers.

Servers within the EU
All operations run on our own servers in Finland. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU, and no American cloud services are involved.
Nightly backups
Backups are stored in several independent systems, one of which is kept disconnected from the internet.
Encrypted traffic
Modern TLS encryption on both web and email, with certificates renewed automatically.
A documented way of working
Our security routines are documented in line with the NIS2 directive, for customers who face such requirements themselves.

We finish the build and handle the operations
Website, email and tools are set up and managed on an ongoing basis. If you already have a website and email with another host, we move everything over, including your company's entire email structure, without interruption.
